Club Policies & Pool Rules

 South Hadley Swim Club Inc., the By-Laws provide information regarding our organization such as meetings,election of board of directors and officers, and duties of the officers.  

For the safety and enjoyment of all, members and their documented guests are expected to understand the pool rules and Club policies. Please read and agree to the stipulations of the Pool Rules and Club Policies:

In fairness to all, it's important that members respect and abide by the rules governing guest access. Please read and agree to the stipulations of the Guest Pass Policy:

The Family PLUS membership allows for up to 5 alternate child caregivers (babysitters, grandparents, adult family members etc. not living with the family) to be listed under the family membership. These people may accompany the children to the pool, either in the company of the parent(s) or in their place. Parents must provide the names of Family PLUS caregivers/babysitters at the time of registration. The lifeguards will receive a listing of all caregivers/babysitters prior to the start of the season. All caregivers/babysitters should introduce themselves to the lifeguards each visit. Caregivers/babysitters may access the Club ONLY in the company of the registered family and or children. General access is prohibited. Only 1 alternate caregiver may access the pool at a time unless a set of grandparents is listed on the Family PLUS membership. Caregivers/babysitters are expected to understand and comply with all Club policies. Parents assume responsibility for the actions of the alternate caregiver(s).

Members can reserve the pavilion for gatherings for up to 15 Non-members (e.g. birthday parties) from M-F after 5 PM on a first-come/first-serve basis. Please see Lifeguards to purchase guest passes. Email the club secretary to arrange dates and times. 

On weekends, members are welcome to use the pavilion for shade. No reservations are available. Regular guest policies apply
